On Tuesday, July 14 at 1 pm ET, HxA member David Harris will be leading a community conversation on heterodoxy in economics. Harris is proposing a new stochastic calculus for finance and financial economics that solves many critical problems in the field, at least according to the data. He will be presenting on the mistakes made in the past, how his work differs, and what ideas and proposals are accepted by standard economics and why heterodoxy is important in the sciences.
Please note that the presenter will seek to make the concepts accessible to all, even those without a formal background in economics or mathematics. All are welcome to attend. To receive the meeting link, please email email@example.com.
