Virtual Book Club: “Don’t Label Me,” by Irshad Manji

HxA hosted a virtual book club meeting with Irshad Manji to discuss her latest book, “Don’t Label Me: How to Do Diversity Without Inflaming the Culture Wars.” Our virtual book club meetings are great opportunities to connect with other members from around the world to discuss, question, and analyze relevant books.

Please note that this meeting was only open to HxA members and affiliates and that capacity was limited in order to create an environment conducive to conversation. Following the discussion, we published a classroom book discussion guide on our website to be accessible to all for future use.

Heterodox Academy hosts a variety of events throughout the year, ranging from panel conversations to skill-building member workshops to awards dinners. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all our events are currently taking place virtually. HxA also strives to host inclusive, accessible events that enable individuals to engage fully.
