Join the HxA Campus Community at McMaster University for an event featuring Alan Sokal, famous for his 1996 hoax thirty years ago that exposed postmodern nonsense in cultural studies analysis of science. He will share his updated analysis of the internal challenges to science today when it is damaged by ideology. We will have four McMaster University respondents:

• Matheus Grasselli, Professor of Mathematics and Deputy Provost
• Philippa Carter, Professor of Religious Studies
• Jeffrey Donaldson, Professor of English and Cultural Studies
• Len Waverman, Former Business Dean

The event will include time for questions and discussion. This free event is open to the public and can be attended both in person and via livestream.
