Disagreement and conflict are normal parts of life. We interact with people of varying personalities, values, and life histories – so it should be expected that we are going to have different perspectives and ideas. Fortunately, there are ways, grounded in science, to be more influential and have better conversations.

This virtual gathering, led by Zoe Chance, author of Influence Is Your Superpower, and Todd Kashdan, author of The Art of Insubordination: How to Dissent and Defy Effectively, will explore evidence-based tools, tactics, and strategies to disagree, dissent, and influence more effectively. Join this event to have some live disagreements, practice putting these new skills into action, and learn how to become a catalyst for impactful change.
