HxA’s member book club met on Thursday, June 24 at 4pm ET for a discussion of What Works: Gender Equality by Design, by Iris Bohnet. In the book, Bohnet, a behavioral economist and the academic dean of Harvard’s Kennedy School, distills research into practical methods to address gender inequality.
We invited our members and graduate affiliates to join us for this opportunity to analyze, question, and discuss this book. Space was limited to keep the conversation accessible and ensure that everyone can share their thoughts.
