Matt Burgess is an Assistant Professor of Economics and a Presidential Fellow at the University of Wyoming. He was previously a faculty member at the University of Colorado Boulder. His work explores economic growth futures and their societal and environmental implications, strategies to mitigate political polarization, and mathematical modeling of human-environment systems.
