CU Boulder

The CU Boulder Campus Community is a group concerned about the effects of political polarization on higher education, who are striving to build community and promote the HxA way on campus.

Our Campus Community of CU Boulder students, staff, and faculty has three objectives: 1. Promote HxA’s mission; 2. Create a forum for CU Boulder HxA members to discuss issues related to HxA's mission; and 3. To provide support for HxA members at CU Boulder.

Many of us are keenly interested in current issues relevant to higher education and university culture, and how these issues manifest at CU Boulder. We want to create opportunities for discussing these issues openly and honestly, with people who value intellectually constructive discussion.

Our Campus Community strives to build a network of faculty, staff, and students who can share ideas, experiences, and resources and who can solicit and offer advice from and to one another. We hope to achieve this by building a community of people who are well-connected, who trust each other, and who can help one another; by hosting public events in-person and online that demonstrate these HxA values in practice; and holding regular meetings where we discuss issues that affect our campus, and how we might individually or collectively engage.
